It's the DJ Tripp vs. Faroff Video Mashup Battle, as two of Bootie's best VJs duke it out on DNA Lounge's three big screens with mashup videos all night! For fans of mashed-up music videos, the only real winner is YOU! DJ Dada will kick things off on the main floor before the video battle begins.
At 11 PM, Bootie's live mashup rock band Smash-Up Derby will take the stage, and for the Midnight Mashup Show, Peach Chante makes her Bootie debut with a mashed-up performance of Beyonce's "Single Ladies." And in the upstairs room, DJs Six and Candy (Apocalypso, SF Pride's Indie Oasis Stage) are back with CODE -- imported from their usual first Saturdays at The Stud -- spinning all the indie-electro you love!
Launched in 2003 in San Francisco by A Plus D -- aka DJs Adrian & Mysterious D -- Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents. For the Midnight Mashup Show, Cameron McHenry returns to perform above the crowd with her daring trapeze act. And in the upstairs room, the Squrrrl DJs are building a nest! No, seriously! Hosted by Danyol and featuring DJs Ben Holder, Bill Dupp and Papa Tony, expect a nutty night of with animal DJs spinning house, electro, and breaks, with plenty of funk in-between.

It's also Easter weekend, so at 11 PM, Hubba Hubba Revue - hosted by Kingfish - presents a special Easter-themed burlesque mashup show, starring five of the Bay Area's sexiest burlesque performers!
Guest DJs David X and Mykill join in for the festivities in the main room, while upstairs, DJ Tyme & Nathan Scot celebrate the release of their latest mix CD, "Entyme - A Mix of Mashups." Special guest DJ Ajax joins the duo, and of course, they'll have plenty of free CDs to give away!
