I gave them a call. The very friendly woman at BOCA said they're still deciding whether to host this event at BOCA or at Rx. They will probably make a decision by tomorrow, she said.

I created this event on SonicLiving and I do plan to be at the show, so I'll make sure to update this page as soon as I find out more. They'll publish details on the Web site(s) too.

According to my findings at http://www.blasthaus.com/, it would appear as though they are actually playing at Rx (132 Eddy Street @ Mason) which is closely associated with BOCA (Bar Of Contemporary Art - located at 414 Jessie St. off 5th & Mission - both bars apparently fall under the Blasthaus umbrella). As of now that seems to be true (http://www.blasthaus.com/calendar.html)...however, neither "bar-specific" site has stated what they are hosting on 11/9.
