Okay, you know I've gotta really, REALLY like a band to spend $80 on a ticket, right? Well, the Silversun Pickups were friggin' worth it. My neck was sore for a whole day afterwards due to some serious ass head banging.

The drummer definitely deserves a gold star for effort. He just kept going and going.

And oh my gosh... the lead singer/guitarist was SO high. I almost got a contact high just watching him.

Great, great show.

this is probably one of the biggest venues they've played in sf. :)
one of my favs was when they opened up with Amusement Parks On Fire at Cafe Du Nord for Nine Black Alps.

presale was today. scalpers are selling on ebay already. you can get tix in the front 5 rows for what i consider a reasonable price. about $125. only about $75 more than face.

i hate shoreline and haven't been to bfd since '95 and that was because i was obsessed with catherine wheel. this year will mark my second trip.
