As frontrunners of the nu-disco sound and bonafide blog darlings of the world, Australia's Miami Horror have been on a roll ever since their first releases in 2007. What started as one synthesizer-obsessed producer (lead singer/producer Ben Plant) huddled over a laptop in a bedroom studio has since evolved into a 4-piece live band/disco supertroup defying the genre limits of rock and dance music while becoming one of Australia's most popular exports. The group's debut LP, Illumination, was released in late 2010 spawning 3 hit singles -- "Sometimes", "Holidays", and "I Look To You" -- helping propel the band from indie blog darling to international buzz-band.

The club will open one hour earlier -- at 8 PM -- and will feature an OPEN BAR from 8-9 PM, as well as a special opening DJ set from DNA Lounge co-founder Brian Raffi. And since we know how much you love to shake your booty on the DNA Lounge stage, as an added bonus, the stage will be open all night for your dancing pleasure!
In the main room, guest DJs Mykill, Jay-R, and John!John! will be spinning all your mashup favorites. Aerialist act Your Little Chernobyl performs above the crowd for a very special Midnight Mashup Show. And in the upstairs room, DJ Lex and resident DJ Tripp take it back to 1985 -- the year DNA Lounge first opened -- for the '80s Room... Remixed & Mashed Up, of course!
Launched in 2003 in San Francisco by DJs Adrian & Mysterious D, Bootie was the first club night in the United States dedicated solely to the burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents. Keeping your brain guessing and body dancing with creative song combinations, Bootie mixes and matches every conceivable musical genre, era, and style into one big dance party where everyone feels welcome, providing the soundtrack for the A.D.D. generation ... and free mashup CDs, given away like candy!

Sunset Promotions presents Israeli electronic superstar Borgore in a rare US appearance at DNA Lounge. Borgore is the alias of Israeli dubstep producer Asaf Borger, who is currently releasing tunes through Shift Recordings, Terminal Dusk, Trill Bass, Zaudio, and Mad Decent. He is also a drummer for the death metal band Shabira, and part of the dubstep duo Alphamale Primates, which consists of him and tomba.
