Anyonw know more about this event? Who/What is "The Edge"? Is it's U2's The Edge ?! They play im Oakland a couple of nights earlier and don't play again until a couple of nights after this date.

Last time they played the Independent I don't think they even had enough songs to do an encore.

Hopefully the sound guy at the Independent will actually make the guitars audible through the house sound system, unlike last time where you could just catch the merest hint of them through the monitors.
