Nothing compared to the LAST Filmore show in April, which was uterly amazing. This show was very uneven. Big Daddy Kane was amazing. Black Thought was barely a factor. I mean, he was careful not to try to upstage Kane and all, but where did he go??? The band found kept a good groove on all night, but the show didn't hang together. QuestLove did a computer thing that fell flat. Early hip hop hits were great, and we were all entertained, but not a great show. It was the first night of the tour, so hopefully it will get better.

Did anybody go to the last Roots concert? Was it good? I get the feeling that this concert will cost $40 with fees which is probably too much.
