Amy! You left early? Neil did a Beatles cover! Tsk tsk, shame on you ;)
And Smashing Pumpkins was great - you had to be open minded about who they were up there. I actually thought they were the best up there. Groban ruined Disarm, but the other songs were incredible performances. Just different than what people were expecting, but still incredible if you listen to the musicality of them. Two songs were debuts (first one and last one before Disarm), the others were from the Fillmore residency.
Wilco would have been better if the sound wasn't screwed up ... not enough drums, no mids, guitars too low. I Shall be Released was great though.
Death Cab was awesome, but I'm not sure I dig Ben Gibbard's caveman look ;)
Also, Live Nation, thank you for putting all of the good bands back to back early in the day, starting with Neil and Peggy, and making sure I saw Neil enough times that I didn't have to feel too bad about leaving before all the schmaltz started. You are the best.
wilco ruled it, once again. did a cover by The Band with Neil Young- amazing! Smashing Pumpkins was a snooze fest until they had Josh Groban on as the guest singer on DISARM and then I was just ANGRY
