I did this too...after you put in the presale password, you have to click the "apply" button...Doh! It took me 2 tries...

it won't let me buy the tickets. :( it tells me that "one or more tickets must be selected for submission" but there is nowhere on the form that asks how many tickets i'd like to purchase. any help would be much appreciated. thank you!
