I have heard the arguments against the Concourse and I disagree with them. I have already seen Thievery Corporation at the Concourse and it sounded great. I would recommend that you try to get up forward and not hang out under the sides or get lost in the sea of people towards the back.

Do yourself a favor and don't go to this. The Concourse absolutely sucks. No matter how much you love the bands that will be there the venue will ruin it. You've been warned.

I went last year and it was pretty cool/interesting. Be advised that the interior is patrolled by Federal Law Enforcement. From what I observed they weren't messing with anybody, though this year the party doesn't go as late as last year's did.
