Yeah, I am not sure about him putting on a DJ set either, but I suspect this should be a very chill evening... Least I hope so!

I went to the last appearance, and thought it was lame. Hardly anyone danced, and there was no band, just him DJing somewhat remixed versions of his songs.. He's great, but...

BONOBO
Supperclub
657 Harrison Street
SAN FRANCISCO / 10PM - after / 21+ up

Following the release of one of the most acclaimed and mystifying records put out by the label in sometime, the sound of Bonobo is catching on everywhere. "Days to Come" is a must for your music collection, ahead of his 2 previous and already classic downtempo, hip/hop gems. Don't miss this exciting appearance by the man, the monkey himself, joined by an all-star local lineup to be announced shortly. His last sold out SF appearance was one of the more memorable events of 2007, so mark your calendars for another magical night.

$12 limited advance / $15 door / 10:00pm - after / 21+ up

Who was that fine lady who played the horn in that opening band?? I would've liked to've danced with her, but I'm married, and my wife couldn't go, so I awkwardly danced "by myself" among the few who were dancing.. (sigh). why don't more of you people dance?? a DJ isn't for looking at you know
Brad K said
oh, I think he's doing a DJ set at Mighty after the show. That's what Ninjatune's website kinda suggests.
